I'm delighted by the service and results I received from Helm Architecture. My backyard is a very challenging re-design as we want to remove 40 metres of cascading limestone rock retaining wall and replace it with limestone blocks. I got very stressed and frustrated trying to draw my own retaining walls designs for the council, and I kept running into problems. Finally, I found Helm Design. Andrew appreciated my desire to keep costs to a minimum while achieving safe retaining and a pleasing design. He successfully created a stylish, yet simple design that met all of my requirements and delivered fantastic 3D sketches as well as the drawings required for the engineer and council. He was friendly and generous with his time on site. He was quick to complete the project and very professional as well as generous with advice as to how I should proceed. Importantly, he negotiated a very fair price for his services. Budget is key constraint on my project. My back yard (which one designer described as "a bit of a dungeon") will be a delight very soon! Couldn't be happier!
